STAND UP FOR YOURSELF
Your posture speaks volumes about your confidence – you never see anyone slouching on the red carpet, do you? Work on improving the abdominal and back muscles that surround the core area of the body, and walk tall. Try marital arts, yoga or Pilates.

GET MOVING
When you exercise your body releases endorphins which lift your mood and make you feel better and more confident. If you find the gym boring, go climbing, dancing or rambling instead.
