101 Sexiest Celebrity Bodies launches tomorrow on E Entertainment Television, with Angelina Jolie voted the star with the fittest figure. What does it take to get a body like Angelina’s we consulted Niki Wibrow, personal trainer to the stars to find out?

BOXING
“A great cardio toning exercise. Do eight jabs on each side then alternate left and right jabs eight times. Do eight uppercuts – punching up and under – alternating left and right.” Repeat three times.

BALL EXERCISES
“Hold the ball in front of you twisting to the side each time you squat. Do eight each side. “Holding the ball out in front of you, slowly raise one leg off the floor. Hold for 10-15 seconds, remember to repeat to each side.”

FLOOR EXERCISES
“With your hands behind your head do a sit-up while making a scissor-like motion with your legs. Do three sets of eight.” The Dolphin “Start in a kneeling position, leaning on your elbows with your hands clasped in front of you. Raise yourself up on to your toes with your bottom in the air to create an upside down v shape. Push the body forward towards the hands, repeat 8 times.”

Dom’s verdict; Exercising with Niki for an hour was hard work but good fun and inspired me to try something different rather than sticking to the same old routine at the gym. My thighs were in agony the next day so the workout obviously made an impact on my weary limbs.
